Art Therapy training for volunteers in Mykolaiv, Ukraine, October 2024.
I am grateful for having an opportunity to guide an art therapy training for volunteers in Mykolaiv passing on important Psychosocial creative tools for supporting ourselves and people we are working with. We have covered 5 art therapy tools helping us to deal with difficult emotions and stress. What an amazing group of creative and supportive professionals. I am grateful for this safe space of exploration, support, trust and care. Grateful for everyone who joined and willing to pass it on.
