Alisa Poplavskaya is a certified therapeutic art life-coach, certified yoga teacher (500h Yoga Alliance), mandala art therapist, social psychologist (MA), healer and artist.
Alisa studied Psychology during her Bachelor & Master's degree program at the International Solomon University in Kiev and Behavioural Psychology during her MBA at the University of Applied Sciences, LBS, in Vienna.
In 2014 Alisa returned from Nepal, where she had lived for one year whilst studying the Tibetan Thangka Art in a Thangka Painting School in the Himalayas.
Alisa’s artistic roots are inspired by her fascination with the Universe, with Light, Love, Symbols, Dreams and Texts that transform into the spiritual reality that exists in her mind and soul. Alisa’s interest is in creating abstract motifs that inspire people and gives them energy.
In her therapeutic work Alisa combines mandala art therapy, yoga & emotional awareness therapy. For her, the combination of creativity, mindfulness & yoga is a portal to the Divine. Alisa lives in Berlin with her husband and travels the world offering creative workshops combining yoga & mandala therapy.
