Alisa Poplavskaya is a social psychologist (MA), certified therapeutic arts life coach, certified yoga teacher, mandala art therapist, and artist.
Alisa studied social psychology during the Bachelor & Master's degree program in the International Solomon Univeristy in Kiev and behaviour psychology during her MBA in the University of Applied Sciences, LBS, Vienna.
In 2014 Alisa returned from Nepal, where she lived for one year and learned Tibetan Thangka Art in a Thangka Painting School in the Himalayas.
Alisa believes that combination of mandala art therapy and yoga can heal us, fulfil us and guide us like a soulful compass.
Today, in Alisa's therapeutic work she combines mandala art therapy, yoga & emotional awareness therapy.
Artistic roots of Alisa are inspired by her fascination with the Universe, Light, Love, Symbols, Dreams and Texts that transforming into spiritual reality that exists in her mind and soul. Alisa’s interest is in creating abstract motifs that will inspire people and energise them with positive vibes.
In the last 15 years Alisa lived and worked in the field of arts, creative education and social justice in Ukraine, Israel, USA, Sweden, Austria, Hong Kong, Slovakia, Nepal and Germany. Each country and culture she lived in contributed to her life in a profound way.
Currently Alisa lives with her husband in Berlin and facilitates Mandala Art Therapy, Mindful Art & Yoga Workshops sessions in Europe and online.
