Alisa offers a combination of art, yoga and meditation in order to help people to balance themselves, release anxiety and become mindful of the processes happening in their life at the present moment.
This will be a very unique opportunity to release, create and explore new worlds within ourselves and in others. Each workshop combines different therapeutic art techniques and is highly beneficial for coaches, educators, healers, therapists as well as people who are interested in discovering new things about themselves and others.
