How to release anxiety and calm your mind through mandala painting? Would you like to take two days for your self-care, wellbeing and expression? Would you like to create your own Sacred Mandala for your home? Alisa is inviting You to her home based mindful studio for two soulful days. You will be gently guided by Alisa through meditation, relaxation rituals, symbols and their meanings, formulas of different patterns and the "how to" process. All the professional art materials (acrylic paints, canvas 50 x 50, brushes, drawing utensils etc) will be provided. * no artistic experience is required.

About: Alisa will lead us through a relaxing yoga flow & meditation. Afterwards, we will set an intention and Alisa will guide us through some therapeutic art exercises (everyone will draw her/ his own artwork), and then we will have time to interpret our artworks, share & exchange. Alisa offers a combination of art, yoga and meditation in order to help people to balance themselves, release anxiety and become mindful of the processes happening in their life at the present moment. This will be a very unique opportunity to release, create and explore new worlds within ourselves and in others. Each workshop combines different therapeutic art techniques and is highly beneficial for coaches, educators, healers, therapists as well as people who are interested in discovering new things about themselves and others. *No artistic experience is required

About the guide: Alisa Poplavskaya is a spiritual artist, mandala teacher, certified yoga teacher and therapeutic art life-coach. Alisa has lived for one year in Nepal where she learned thangka art and mandala painting. Alisa guides mandala therapy sessions, yoga & therapeutic art workshops, mandala painting workshops and emotional release healing sessions. Alisa believes that the combination of art, yoga and energy work is highly transformational.
